Outcome categories in betting show what part of the match result your ticket depends on. Understanding these main types helps you match each bet to your own strategy and knowledge.
1X2 Match Result
This outcome type covers three basic results in many sports. You can pick Home win (1), Draw (X), or Away win (2). The bet wins if the final result matches your chosen option after regular time; any other result leads to a loss.
Over / Under Totals
Totals focus on how many goals, runs, or points both teams score. You predict if the match will finish over or under a given line, such as over 2.5 goals in football or under a runs line in cricket. The bet wins if the total passes your side of the line and loses if it stays on the other side.
Handicap Betting
Handicap outcomes add a virtual advantage or disadvantage to a team or player. You bet on a side to win after this adjustment, for example a favourite starting at -1.5 goals or an underdog at +1.5. The bet result is calculated after adding the handicap to the real score; if your side leads after adjustment, the ticket wins.
Both Teams to Score
This outcome type is common in football betting. You choose Yes if you expect both teams to score at least one goal, or No if you think at least one team will fail to score. Your bet is settled on that simple condition, not on who wins the match.
Player Performance Markets
These outcomes depend on the stats of a single player, such as runs, goals, or assists. You select lines like over or under a certain number or back a player to score at any time. The bet wins if the player reaches the target defined in the market and loses if they fall short or miss that event.
